Happy Hump Day

Day 14, woo hoo!!! Thinking about drinking more lately (It wasn’t THAT bad, I can stop again, etc etc). I’m doing a good job shutting off the voice when she makes suggestive moves, but feel like I might be dry drunkin’ it. Going to spend some good time with my soul next week when I’m done with my class. I want to continue working on the steps, but I’m leery about getting a sponsor. I’ve heard so many horror stories. Anyways, Happy Hump Day!!!!

  1. I guess Day 15 for you now! Yay! Day 12 for me! I love the term dry drunkin it. Lol. I’ve committed to 30 days and I read a chapter a day in Annie Grace’s Alcohol Experiment. Knowing that I finally committed to 30 seems to help with cravings. It’s just not an option. Hoping to build up good sober muscle before I hit 30 so I can continue on. I know that little child voice is just resting for a good cry-out when I get to that point!

    1. Yayyyyyy!! Day 16, we CAN do this!! I’m also holding onto that number 30. For me, it seems like things are easier after 30 days. Keep on doing those good things, you know what you need to do to stay sober, and so do I. Let’s hold each other accountable 🙂
